What can I do if I think my HomesEstimate is wrong?
The HomesEstimate is an automated, computer-generated estimate of what we think a home may sell for, using publicly available data from local councils. It is not an official valuation.
Sometimes the data we have about a specific property is incomplete or incorrect which can affect the accuracy of our automated estimate.
