This guide explains how homeowners tracking their property on Homes.co.nz can remove outdated listing photos from their property profile page.
Step 1: . Make sure you track your property as the homeowner first, this is an important first step as you will not be able to remove old photos from the website unless you have claimed your property as the Homeowner first.

Step 2. Then log into
Homes.co.nz with the same email address you used to track your home.
You can check if your login email has claimed the property by selecting the 'My Homes' icon
This link is located in the top right hand corner of the website when you are logged in.
Here is the full view where you can find the 'My Homes' link
After you SELECT the 'My Homes' link, you will be able to see all the homes you have claimed and are currently tracking.
You can then click on the property image and you will be taken to the full property details page.
Step 3. Click into the full property details page and SELECT 'Delete Photos'.
This option is located in the bottom right hand corner of the photos on the full property details page.
Remember this option will only be visible if you are the homeowner that is tracking the property.

Once you have selected to delete the photos the website will reflect this update within the following 24 hours.
Please note it can take some time for the photos to be deleted from all parts of our site so we suggest you check the property profile the next morning as it should have updated by then.
