If you have received a recent CMA from a Real Estate Agent or a formal valuation report

If you have received a formal valuation report from a registered valuer or a recent comparative market analysis (CMA) from a Real Estate Agent, you can help us improve the accuracy of your HomesEstimate. 

 

To update your HomesEstime using a formal valuation report from a registered valuer:

  1. Login to your account or create an account

  2. Search for your house on homes.co.nz

  3. Click on "Update this HomesEstimate" under the HomesEstimate on the property page

  4. Enter the required details in the form

  5. Attach a full copy of the formal valuation report prepared by the Registered Valuer.

  6. Submit the form

  7. The HomesEstimate request will be reviewed by our team within 3 - 4 working days.

 

To update your HomesEstime using a CMA from a Real Estate Agent:
CMA documents often contain private information, therefore our team are unable to accept these as forms of evidence that an appraisal was completed on your property. Please contact the agent and ask them to update the HomesEstimate for you on your behalf.
