Licensed Real Estate Agents need to have their agent permissions enabled before they can update their vendors estimate
This article guides real estate agents through the process of creating a new account on Homes.co.nz. The article provides a step-by-step guide to help agents create their profiles and utilize the platform's tools effectively.
3 EASY STEPS TO ENABLE YOUR AGENT PERMISSIONS FOR HOMES
STEP 1. Activate your agent OneHub profile for your current office
STEP 2. Create a new Homes login if it has not been automatically generated
STEP 3. Contact the Homes support team and request your agent permissions to be enabled (your office admin should already have the contact details for the Homes or Trademe support team if you require them)
HOW TO CREATE A HOMES ACCOUNT
Go to
Homes.co.nz, and SELECT the 'Log in/Register' button in the top right hand corner of the website
Then SELECT 'create an account' in the pop-up box
You'll then need to enter your email address, name and a password and select 'Sign up'
Our passwords require a minimum of 8 characters and must be comprised of;
- an uppercase letter,
- a lowercase letter,
- a numeral
- and a symbol
You will then receive a confirmation email with a code that needs to be entered into the sign up box.
Once you have confirmed your account with the code you will not need to do this again.
If you accidentally close the pop-up box without confirming your account, you'll need to use the
'Forgot your password' link in the sign in box to get a new confirmation code.
Once your Homes account has been activated please let the Homes support team know as we will make sure your account is matched to your Homes Agent Profile.
Please ensure you include the following information in your email to our support team:
- Your full name
- Your email address (please note the email address needs to match the REAA licensed email address)
- Your REAA license number
