How do I update my bedroom and bathroom and other features displaying

Homes.co.nz primarily receives property details like land and floor area through weekly council updates. Other features, such as bedrooms and bathrooms, are gathered from multiple sources including recent listings and homeowner updates. Owners can correct their property's features in the homeowner update section.
To update your properties features please follow these steps:
Step 2: Log into homes.co.nz using the same email address used to claim or track your property and go to the properties full details page
Step 3: Then click on the 'View council records' link located under the the bedrooms and bathrooms icons
Step 4: This will take you to the 'Owner updated features' section where you can select 'Edit & add features'
You can then select the features you need to update and save the updated information.
The Market insights values will only update after 24 hours of the bedrooms and bathrooms information being corrected.
