Real Estate Agents that have an active Premium Agent profile on homes.co.nz have the ability to associate themselves with a historical sales record on a property. This process is referred to as "Claiming a sale".
When an agent has claimed a sale and it is not yet connected to a sale record from the council it will be flagged on a properties timeline as an “ASR” (Agent Sale Record).
Automatic Claiming
For most Premium Agents this process will happen automatically when your listing is withdrawn from Trade Me.
Manually Claiming
You can also manually claim your sales in our Agent Portal. To do this please use the following steps:

Select if you were the Selling Agent or Listing Agent. If you were both please select both.
If you sold the property for a different agency than your current one please type the name of the agency into the search box and pick one of the suggestions.
